These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Let’s Create Success website and to the purchase and use of our advisory services, personal development programmes and associated content.
Let’s Create Success is the trading name of RC Personal Development Limited, an Irish registered company.
By purchasing a programme or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any specific programme information or agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our programmes or services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Let’s Create Success provides career transformation and transition advisory services alongside structured personal development programmes, mentoring and educational content.
Our process may begin with a Discovery Call to understand your current situation, what you are looking for and whether our approach is suitable for you.
If you decide to proceed, you will be provided with information about the programme or service available to you, including the applicable price and what is included.
Programme content may be delivered electronically and may include educational materials, videos, online resources, advisory support, mentoring or other services as described to you at the time of purchase.
The price and payment arrangements for your chosen programme will be made clear to you before purchase.
Payment may be made through the secure payment methods made available by Let’s Create Success.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when making a purchase is accurate and complete.
Your purchase is for your personal use and programme access may not be transferred to another person without our prior written agreement.
If you purchase one of our programmes and change your mind, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase and request a full refund.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
As part of our own refund policy, we will honour a full refund within this 14-day period even if you have already accessed or begun the programme.
To request a cancellation and refund, contact us in writing at info@letscreatesuccess.com within the 14-day period and include your name and details of the programme purchased.
Once your cancellation has been confirmed, your access to the programme and associated services will end.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, purchases are generally non-refundable for a change of mind.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund & Cancellation Policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
Where your programme includes access to an online platform, members' area or other protected content, your login details are personal to you.
You must not share your login details or provide another person with access to programme content using your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused or used in breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will contact you before taking further action.
The materials provided through Let’s Create Success, including programme materials, videos, written content, training materials, worksheets, graphics and other resources, are owned by or licensed to RC Personal Development Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a personal, limited right to access and use the materials for your own personal development.
Unless we give you prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, publish, share, record, copy or make our programme materials available to another person or use them for commercial purposes.
Our programmes and services are designed to provide personal development education, advisory support, mentoring and guidance.
Let’s Create Success is not an employer or recruitment agency, and participation in our programmes does not guarantee employment, career advancement, income, business success or any other particular personal or professional outcome.
Examples, experiences or testimonials shared by clients reflect their individual experiences. Individual outcomes will vary depending on personal circumstances, decisions, participation and many other factors.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions arising from your participation in our programmes or services.
Nothing in this section limits our obligations to provide our services in accordance with the contract or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Where your programme includes scheduled advisory or mentoring sessions, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, may result in that session being treated as used.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
We aim to provide our programmes and services as described at the time of purchase.
From time to time, we may make reasonable changes to programme materials, delivery methods or scheduling where necessary to improve the service, maintain programme content or respond to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any changes will not reduce your statutory rights or materially reduce the service you purchased without an appropriate remedy being available to you.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about what personal data we collect, how we use it, who it may be shared with and your rights in relation to your personal information.
You may stop participating in a programme at any time. Your entitlement to a refund will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your statutory rights.
We may suspend or terminate access where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including unauthorised sharing of programme materials or account access.
Where reasonably possible, we will contact you before suspending or terminating access and provide an opportunity to address the issue.
Nothing in this section affects any rights or remedies available to either party under applicable law.
We are responsible for providing our services and digital content in accordance with the terms agreed with you and applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the contract was entered into, subject always to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable in the country in which you live.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any right you may have to bring a claim or exercise a legal remedy under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will be those provided or made available to you when you enter into the relevant contract, except where a subsequent change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
